Our members enjoy a 7-day free trial and then pay £29.99 per month for Moona membership.

In the instance you find a better price within a 30 day period after making a purchase on our retailer network using the £5 discount, members can file a claim and we will give a refund of the difference between the 2 products. Both webiste have to belong to the Moona retailer network.

To make a claim, please contact Moona via the Contact us page or send an email to shopper@moona.com. Please attach the following information for the claim to be handled more efficiently: order details, name and link of the "better price" website, link or picture of the amount quoted for the same product, any relevant files or additional information.

As a Moona member, Moona will issue a full refund in the event you detect an unauthorised card transaction on one of Moona’s current merchant partners. Members won’t be held liable for unauthorised purchases on Moona’s retail network made from the card registered under the member’s membership account. We will refund the total price of the purchase and shipping costs in the instance this happens.

Moona's unique annual membership comes with a 7-day free trial. If you cancel during the trial period, you won't be charged.

Returns, order cancellations or any issues concerning delivery are subject to the policies of the stores you purchased from.

If Moona doesn't meet your expectations, you can cancel your membership at any time here, or contact us.

If you cancel during the FREE 7-day trial period, your credit or debit card will not be charged. If you cancel after the FREE 7-day trial period, this will cancel your membership auto-renewal, and you will continue to receive your Moona £5's until the end of your subscription period.
